How to request deletion
To request deletion of personal data associated with Grahak.pk, Facebook, or Instagram interactions managed by Grahak.pk, email admin@grahak.pk.
Please use the subject line Data Deletion Request and include enough information for GRAHAK (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED to identify your account or request. This may include your name, the email address or phone number used with Grahak.pk, an order number if relevant, and the Facebook or Instagram account details connected to your request.
Keep your account secure
Never send your password, one-time password (OTP), login code, or payment information by email. Grahak.pk will not ask for these details to process a data deletion request.
What happens next
We will review the information you provide to identify the relevant account or Meta-related request. If more information is needed to locate the correct data or protect an account, we may ask for clarification. Requests are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
